      Myself and my partner attended your thai cookery course last year. We just wanted to pass on our thanks - it was fantastic! We have used the recipes many times and it has always gone down well. However we recently went on holiday to Thailand and were so pleased to recognise lots of the ingredients and cooking techniques and to find that our soup and curry tasted the same as the amazing street food we ate out there.
