day beginners course
LEVEL 1
You will have a basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and methods
LEVEL 2
Quite competent, able to cook fish, a roast, a stew, an omlette
or a stir fry
LEVEL 3
Confident with ingredients, able to cook a dinner party for 8
including deserts
LEVEL 4
Skill required to take this course is minimum LEVEL 2
