21 Day Cancellation Policy in a nutshell

We operate a strict 21 day cancellation policy for all course and accommodation bookings. Demand is high for our courses and when a booking is made, other customers are turned away on the strength of that booking. Over the last 5 years we have developed what we believe is a fair balance between our need to keep our courses affordable and the needs of our customers.

Changes to Bookings
More than 21 days from the start of your course

Outside of 21 days from the start of your course date, we are very flexible. You may contact us at any time to request a change of course date, or even choose to change your course type. There is no charge for this.

If you know that you are not going to be able to make a date, but want to keep your options open, you can opt for a course credit, whereby you can make a choice at a later date.

If you decide you want to cancel your booking and request a refund, our standard cancellation fee will apply as follows:

Course	Cancellation Fee
1 & 2 Day Courses	£15 Fee
5 Day Courses	£35 Fee
Diploma	Non-refundable deposit

We have a cancellation fee because for every booking we take we incurs costs. Our costs include the administrative work undertaken to process a booking, the materials sent out from the office, as well as the fees we need to pay to the bank to process an online, or credit card payment. We have a cancellation fee that splits the cost of a cancellation between the customer and ourselves.

Changes to Bookings
Less than 21 days of the start of your course

If you decide you want to change your course dates within 21 days of the start of your course date, we will relist your course place for sale.

If we are able to resell your place (or you can provide a replacement) - you are free to change your course dates, course type or request a refund (subject to the cancellation fee).

However, if we are unable to resell your place, or any associated accommodation bookings, you would lose the full cost of your booking. The more notice you give us, the more chance we have of reselling your place.

We strongly recommend that customers have some form of adequate travel insurance in place to cover them should they be prevented from attending their course. A purchase with a credit card does not always provide adequate travel cover - so you should be confident you have the best policy in place. We have a preferred supplier of travel insurance with cover from under £10. Simply enter your details online and you will receive a quote. Complete the order to activate your insurance.
