We offer 4 distinct levels that are suitable for cooks of all level of experience. It also allows you plan your progress up the skill levels to reach the level of cookery that you are aiming for at your own pace.

Level 11

No knowledge required at all.

Level 2 2

Aimed at the enthusiastic home cook. You will be familiar with cookery concepts and able to follow a recipe, but no special skills are required. These courses will build your competence and confidence in all areas of the kitchen.

Level 33

You will be a confident cook, with good knife skills and experience of working with meat, simple fish filleting, reduced sauces, pastry and bread. These courses will elevate your cookery to a restaurant level.

Level 4 4

For those looking to cook to a fine-dining level, these courses offer intricate cookery techniques and a strong focus on refining your palate and presentation skills. You must have completed a level 3 course or be able to demonstrate equivalent experience.
