Dartmoor butchers offer a brilliant range of locally produced meat, sourced from local farms in and around the Dartmoor area. As well as being offering almost any cut of beef, lamb, pork or poultry you might need, they also sell a large selection of delicious burgers, sausages, pies and pasties all made on site.

G T Orsman are a traditional Westcountry butchers supplying quality meats sourced from Westcountry farms where welfare is utmost priority. Awarded Best Butcher in the South West.

C.M.McCabe Butchers

Sladesdown Farm

Daniel and Elaine were both brought up in farming families and started rearing turkeys on their small farm only for the christmas period. The quality of their poultry and their ethical farming standards are outstanding and they won a Gold food award in 2012. They now produce free-range turkeys, ducks, chickens and beef all year round.

The Fish Deli owners, Nick and Michele, care deeply about marine conservation and sourcing their fish sustainably from local day boats. Alongside fresh fish, they sell a wide range of locally produced deli goods and a beautiful collection of fish-inspired cookware. The Fish Deli was short listed for Independent Seafood Retailer of the year in 2009 and won a Taste of the West award in 2008.

Fish suppliers, Kingfisher Brixham, source their fish from sustainable sources in Brixham, Plymouth, Looe and Newley and trade some of the finest produce in the West Country. Local sourcing means fresher fish that is fully traceable. Kingfisher Brixham are committed to maintaining their A Grade British Retail Consortium (BRC) certificate, which they have held every year since 2001 and they work closely with the Marine Stewardship Council to develop and market sustainable alternatives.
