As you know we are very proud of the exceptional quality ingredients that we use at the cookery school.

One of the founding principles of the cookery school was that sourcing ethically produced, seasonal and sustainable produce from local food producers is an essential part of successful cooking, and has a positive impact on personal wellbeing and society in general.

We believe the meat, seafood, poultry, game, fruit, vegetables and salads we source from our local producers are amongst the best quality ingredients you will find in Europe and that this quality enhances our students learning and enjoyment of cooking.

Over the past 2 years we have held our course prices in the face of steep food inflation, VAT rise and energy increases. Following consultation with customers we have taken the decision to increase our course prices by 10% rather than compromise the quality of our ingredients and course content. This price increase will come into effect on Feb 1st, 2012.

The good news is that until Fri 17th Feb, you can beat the price increase with a 10% discount on all course prices*.

All valid 1 day, 2 day and 5 day vouchers will of course be honoured at last year's prices. Accommodation has been kept at last years pricing.

For returning customers we are rolling out a range of valuable customer rewards including course discounts, special offers and partner offers. We hope to be able to bring you details of these very shortly.
