Our Dinner Parties courses are our most popular for a reason - they work! We will teach you a range of recipes and techniques to help you serve delicious and impressive dishes when you entertain. The recipes are simple to master, and designed to be quick to prepare so you have time to spend with your guests. Your chef tutor will also show you how to present your food to a restaurant standard.

This 'Extra' course offers completely different recipes with further techniques and tips to make your entertaining special. You will make two starters, two main courses and two desserts, eating one of each during the day and taking the rest home with you.

Note: You don't need to have taken the Express Dinner Parties course before this - it is the same skill level of course just with an different menu.
