Level 2 Wine Appreciation

If you have some wine knowledge and are interested in expanding your horizons, this is the level for you. We use wines that normally retail between £6 and £12 a bottle, and most courses include a full three course lunch. We would expect all people attending level 2 courses to have a reasonable knowledge of major wine producing countries and the major grape varieties, sufficient knowledge to select which wines they know they will enjoy from a supermarket shelf. Many Level 2 and Level 3 wine courses are paired together across a weekend to enable you to accelerate your learning and enjoyment of a particular area of wine.
