This fast-paced, one-day course will show you professional cookery tips and techniques that you can apply to all areas of your cookery.

We will cover a lot of ground in one day and you will be filleting fish, preparing seafood and working with meat and poultry (or game if in season), even spinning sugar.

You need to be a confident cook and comfortable working at pace and using knives.

Using the finest ingredients you will learn to create some delicious food, presented to a restaurant standard.
