We can come to you and train your staff in your kitchen, and teach them how to deliver your menu. We can provide advice on how to organise the kitchen environment most efficiently for your needs and help to create a menu that maximises your GP while enhancing the quality of the product you offer your customers.

If you are looking for staff, we can provide a detailed skills assessment of our students for potential employers, and recommend good quality applicants for your catering job vacancy.

Advertise on our jobs noticeboard:

We receive over 10,000 hits a month on our website and also carry your vacancy on our in-house notice board where up to 70 potential applicants will view your details. We are also creating a specific jobs newsletter where your vacancy will be seen by 2000 (and growing) potential candidates who have all taken courses with us.

We charge a £10 administration fee to place your chef vacancies advert on these pages – all you need to do is supply the copy and we will keep your vacancy current for 3 months or until we hear from you that the position is filled.
