- Fish n chips: Amritsar cod, cumin crushed peas, crispy potato straw and curry mayonnaise
- Sweet and sour pork: Molasses and cider glazed pork chop, sweet and sour du puy lentils, tobacco shallots and pickled granny smith apple
- Carrot cake: Rich carrot cake, white chocolate cream cheese icing, candied Chantenay carrots, orange puree with mascarpone sorbet
