On our Patisserie course you will learn the art of short crust, sweet and choux pastry to make a classic range of patisserie items from chocolate eclairs and profiteroles, to delicious pastries and tarts.
A buffet lunch is provided on this course, and you will take home all of your baked goods in attractive patisserie boxes.
