Perfect your pasta making, make authentic pizzas and focaccia, master classic risotto and finish it off with a delicious tiramisu - all in one day.

This is a gastronomically gladiatorial day to learn the classic Italian dishes and approach to cooking simple, attractive dishes with Italian passion. At the end of the course you will be able to confidently replicate the dishes and techniques you have learned at home, giving you a foundation of core Italian cookery skills from which you can build a range of further dishes.

You will enjoy the dishes you create as part of your lunch menu and be able to take away much that you have learned to cook during this fun day of cookery.
