This is the dream course for those of you with a sweet tooth. Our Pastry & Puddings Plus weekend combines the best of our Breadmaking, Patisserie and Desserts courses into one super weekend.

The weekend will feature some traditional breadmaking such as Brioche alongside some classic Patisserie such as Almond Croissants and Pain au Chocolate.

You will also learn to master short-crust and sweet-pastry and you will be creating biscuits and shortbreads, praline, homemade custards and working with chocolate.

There will be some wonderful desserts such as Iced Rhubarb Parfait and Orange and Almond Pudding alongside Homemade Ice creams and Sorbets.

With all this mouth-watering food to try, lunch will be a delicious, but light buffet.
