More Authentic Indian

Our Authentic Indian course is so popular, we asked chef Monisha to create a new and exciting menu to showcase this diverse cuisine.

On this course we will teach you to create starters, breads, curries and accompaniments to add to your repertoire of Indian food.

With one of the UK's leading Indian chef's teaching you, you can be sure you will be cooking delicious and authentic Indian dishes that truly reflect the spirit of this fantastic cuisine.

Note: This course can be taken independently of the other Authentic Indian course. The difference is in the menus, not the skill level.
