Pasta Making (Half-Day)

Nothing beats the taste of freshly made pasta and on this half-day class we unravel the art of pasta making and learn how to make pasta dough and produce delicious hand-made pasta using the traditional pasta machine.

We will teach you to make ribbon pasta such as tagliatelle, linguine and filled pasta such as ravioli, tortellini, tortolloni. Chef will demonstrate how to cook pasta perfectly and make a classic pesto sauce. You will take away all you make for home cooking.

Half Day Course Format

Our half-day courses are a great way to learn a particular culinary skill that you will use for life. During a morning or afternoon session you will enjoy around 3 hours of in-depth, hands-on learning with our experienced chef tutors focussing on one skill.

There is no lunch/dinner on these courses but you will leave with the dishes that you have prepared during the course.
