The Ashburton Certificate of Cookery is a highly practical, intensive, 3 week cookery course designed for those looking master the fundamentals of professional cookery. 

This course is taken by those that do not need a formal qualification (or the exam conditions) but want to learn to the same standards. Ideal if you are exploring a career as a yacht/chalet cook, want to launch your own catering business or bistro, or just for your own personal development.

 

Professional Culinary Certificate

The Professional Culinary Certificate aims to train you in the fundamentals of cookery providing a platform for a career cooking professionally.

 

Over 6 weeks, this structured course will give you expert training from our experienced chef tutors in modern cookery techniques. This course incorporates a Level 2 Award in Culinary Skills accredited by the Confederation of Tourism & Hospitality.

 

 

Professional Culinary Diploma

20 WEEKS

The Professional Culinary Diploma is a prestigious training programme designed to launch your career as a professional chef of the highest calibre, ready to meet the demands of today's employers.

 

Over 20 weeks, working full-time at the Chefs Academy, you will learn to master the techniques required by the modern chef. Graduates of this course achieve the Level 4 Diploma in Culinary Arts, one of the highest culinary qualifications in the UK.
