The inaugural Dining Club featured 24 guests, a fantastic tasting menu by Chef Rob Dawe, and hosted by Susy Atkins. Good food, good wine and good company. A great night!

Rob Dawe

Rob Dawe has been Chef Manager of the Cookery School since 2005 and is a popular course tutor. Rob has worked in several fine dining establishments including as Senior Sous-Chef at the RAC Club in Pall Mall and Head Chef at the popular Puffing Billy Restaurant in Exmouth.
