YOUR HOSTSusy Atkins is a well-known, award-winning wine writer and broadcaster. She writes the weekly 'Sauce' column for the Sunday Telegraph, and is wine editor for Delicious magazine, as well as appearing frequently as a TV wine expert on many shows including a regular presenting slot on BBC1's Saturday Kitchen. YOUR CHEFRob Dawe has been Chef Manager of the Cookery School since 2005 and is a popular course tutor. Rob has worked in several fine dining establishments including as Senior Sous-Chef at the RAC Club in Pall Mall and Head Chef at the popular Puffing Billy Restaurant in Exmouth.
