Finally, Gluten-Free (and Coeliac) special
diets get to cook a meal which can be served to everyone without
it being seen as 'different'.
On this course you will be cooking Gastto Pub food - but
cooking without gluten or wheat. We will make two different
types of bread and dare anyone to tell the difference! Sauces, pastry, biscuits
and a main course to finish with a glass of wine make this
a very special day.
Because we cook seasonally, you can join other courses later
in the year and build a repertoire of new dishes to boost
your cooking to new heights. The course is suitable for those wishing to avoid
wheat and gluten, but also suitable for professionals who
wish to include this type of catering in their menu's.
