for any of the 'Extra' courses.
Not only will you expand your skills base on your favourite course, following the style of cooking into the next
level. But you will also get EXTRA tuition after lunch where you can sit back and enjoy watching our highly skilled tutors demonstrate further techniques, and its a chance to learn some chefs secrets during this one hour Masterclass.
As usual, the recipes will change seasonally, so you can choose to take the same course at different times in the year for a full range of skills and recipes in your chosen subject.
