Charmoula

An essential component of many North African dishes

Ingredients:

Ingredients:
6 tbspns chopped coriander
6 tbspns chopped parsley
4 cloves garlic
2 tbspns white wine vinegar
4 tbspns lemon juice
Salt
Paprika
Ground cumin

Method:

1. Blend herbs with garlic and vinegar until a paste is achieved then stir in all other ingredients to your desired taste.
