“A truly inspiring day”
This is my second course at Ashburton Cookery School and I have just had the most fantastic day. Stuart was the chef/tutor and he made the day very interesting and fun! He demonstrated expertly all that we had to do and then allowed each person to develop their individual skills under his expert eye. He passed on some helpful hints and just to watch his knife skills was a lesson in itself. A truly inspiring day Stuart! I shall return! Many thanks to all at Ashburton Cookery School.

Everything you think it's going to be, but better. Nerves and doubt are cast away as soon as you tie the apron and smell the onions. Addictive fun with learning and improvement, not to mention great food, thrown in. Go for it.

A fabulous day and we am planning our next course. Alan was a really good tutor - he came across as an experienced teacher and an enthusiastic and talented chef, adding tips to the planned recipes. “It was a marvellous birthday treat”
Thank you for a great day. I am so impressed with the amount of thought that has gone into making the day so successful. The sourcing of ingredients, the layout and equipment of the kitchen, but most of all the quality and friendliness of the staff. Phil was indefatigable, kindly and generous with his knowledge, Rhys quietly efficient in laying out ingredients so neatly prepared and doing all the washing up, I learned so much that will be useful and am inspired to try to be a better cook. It was a marvellous birthday treat.
