“Couldn't have been better!”
The day was superbly organised to enable us to use the maximum amount of time cooking and learning. The next set of ingredients would appear as if by magic and the washer uppers constantly cleared up after us. The chef tutor and assistant chef were always on hand for help and advise when required. Couldn't have been better!

“I loved doing the course”
Our tutor was amazing, he was so passionate about the course, the recipes, the ingredients and made time for each student. He made everyone feel at ease and confident in our abilities as well as giving lots of useful tips and advice. I loved doing the course, I've never done a cookery course before but I will definitely be back to do more with you. It was the perfect way to spend a Sunday, cooking with a great group of people and especially having someone clean up and do the dishes for you!
