Our Indian course is so popular, we created an exciting new menu to showcase this diverse cuisine.

On this course we will teach you to create starters, breads, curries and accompaniments to add to your repertoire of Indian food.

You will be cooking delicious and authentic Indian dishes that truly reflect the spirit of this fantastic cuisine.

Note: This course can be taken independently of the other Indian course. The difference is in the menus, not the skill level.

  • Kumro Chenchki
    Fried butternut squash with panch puran and chilli.
  • Roti
    Everyday bread made from stone-ground wholemeal flour.
  • Imli Chutney
    Tamarind chutney with nigella seeds and coriander.
  • Punjabi Dal Fry
    Spiced lentils cooked with cumin, garlic, chilli and tomatoes.
  • Bengali Shorshe Begun
    Chicken and Aubergines cooked with mustard, green chilli and yoghurt curry.
  • Keralan Cabbage Thoran
    South Indian cabbage with coconut, curry leaves and chilli.
  • Fragrant Basmati Rice with lemon, orange, cinnamon and cardamom.
