Would you like to master the art of Baking? Perhaps you could even be the next "Star Baker".

Our Baking Weekend is aimed at those who want to learn the core skills and techniques of baking and learn to make a wide range of baked goods at home.

This course is ideal for the novice baker and over the course of the weekend you will learn the do's and don'ts with various baking methods. We will give you the theory behind the science of baking but you will learn by doing on this highly practical course.

As with all our courses, your learning time is maximised as we take care of the time consuming tasks such as locating and weighing ingredients so you can focus on the baking. And of course, there is no washing up!

At the end of each day you will have several boxes of baked goodies to take away and share with family and friends (or just enjoy yourself!)
