Learn to make your own delicious range of chocolates at home, perfect to give as gifts or to enjoy yourself as a luxury treat!

On this one-day course, you will learn the art of classical chocolate tempering and how to make filled chocolates and dipped chocolate truffles. By the end of the class you will have learned the fundamentals skills to enable you to make quality, creative chocolates at home.

A buffet lunch is provided on this course, and you will take home the chocolates you have made (the ones you haven't eaten, we mean tested, of course).
