Learn to make your own delicious range of chocolates at home, perfect to give as gifts or to enjoy yourself as a luxury treat!

On this one-day course, you will learn a technique to temper chocolate at home and the skills to make filled chocolates and dipped chocolate truffles. By the end of the class you will have learned the fundamentals skills to enable you to make professional quality artisan chocolates at home, perfect to give as gifts.

You will take home 2 boxes of your delicious hand-made chocolates to enjoy as an indulgent treat, give as gifts or to share.

A buffet lunch is provided on this course, and you will take home the chocolates you have made (the ones you haven't eaten, we mean tested, of course).
