Looking for a unique, creative and thoughtful Christmas gift idea? Our Christmas Chocolate course will teach you to make your own delicious range of chocolates that are perfect for gift giving at Christmas.

On this one-day course, you will learn a technique to temper chocolate at home and the skills to make filled chocolates and dipped chocolate truffles. By the end of the class you will have learned the fundamentals skills to enable you to make professional quality artisan chocolates at home, perfect to give as gifts.

You will create two full boxes of luxury hand-made chocolates and six Christmas Crackers each hiding a decadent Christmas pudding truffle within.

A buffet lunch is provided on this course, and you will take home all the chocolates you have made.

Additional moulds, boxes, packaging, ingredients and Christmas Crackers will be available to order in our shop if you would like to make more gifts at home.
