Nothing says Christmas more than the fragrant smell of freshly baked Christmas bread with mixed fruit and festive spices filling your home. On this course we will be making some traditional Christmas breads to make the festive season even more special.

On our 1 day Christmas Breadmaking course you will be learning the art of the fermentation process and the different skills to create delicious savoury and sweet breads using traditional festive ingredients.

All of our bread is made by hand without the use of specialist machinery so it can be easily replicated at home.

Lunch and refreshments are provided on this course and you will have plenty of bread and bakery products that you have made to take home with you at the end of the day.
