Chef Laurence Henry is the reigning MasterChef The Professionals Champion, impressing the judges with his culinary skills and contemporary recipes.

We are delighted that Laurence will be hosting a one-off MasterClass to share his own recipes and style of cookery with a one-day masterclass at Ashburton Cookery School.

The course will start with tea and coffee where you will meet Laurence and discuss the days cooking ahead as well as hear first-hand about his journey in the MasterChef kitchens.

Moving into the kitchen you will be working under Laurence's guidance to achieve his three-course dinner party menu that showcases his unique style and will wow your own guests when you replicate it at home. Our own chef tutors will be on hand to answer any questions and help you achieve the exceptional flavour, taste and presentation techniques that helped elevate Laurence to Champion.

You will enjoy a delicious lunch featuring the dishes you have been making, with a glass of matched wine.

At the end of the course there will time for a debrief and chance to chat further with Laurence.

With so much to experience on this day the course will run from 9.30am to 5.30pm. This is a unique opportunity for you to enjoy a day under the direct tutourage of one of the most exciting young chefs in the UK.
